About Easy Properties
The name Easy Properties grew from the partnership of two families — Ereso and Castro — united by friendship and a shared vision in the real estate services sector. Jasper Ereso, alongside his long-time partner Genezze, and Visnu Castro with his fiancée Niña, combined their strengths, values, and passion for property management to create something greater than themselves.
The “EC” in our logo stands for Ereso-Castro, symbolizing the bond of trust and unity that built this company. What began as a friendship evolved into a partnership, leading to the establishment of a brand committed to making property ownership simpler, more profitable, and stress-free.
